I’ve been working out health and fitness goals now, and I’m still not feeling the best. I’ve been drinking more water, trying to eat healthier and working out more. I really want to get in shape, but I’m not sure how to make the changes that will help me reach my goals. I want to be able to run a marathon, or at least be able to walk up a flight of stairs without getting out of breath.It’s time to make a change. We have all heard the saying, “You can’t out-exercise a bad diet.” But, it doesn’t have to be that difficult. A few small changes in your diet can go a long way. Start by making a plan for yourself and follow it. I know this may be challenging at first, but it will become easier over time.
