Another thought for this woman at work is…be careful. Your reputation is also on the line as a woman (dating) and a business woman.
Once rumors start or men start insinuating you are a trollup it’s hard to turn the clock back. So be friendly but discreet. Don’t act like you are “open for business” and want to date every guy there – you’ll look easy, or desperate (esp. since you are older). Keep dates outside of business casual or even day dates for a while – in the park, eating lunch, the zoo etc. I would avoid drinks out initially. They can still be romantic but will have less of a “sex” vibe. This way you protect yourself if some guy insists he bedded when he didn’t. You can say, “He said that, really – at the park in the day time – hardly!” Any doubt will be cast on the man not you!
